Flashback to 1993. 80k for an 800m2 + block of land in Bridgeman Downs, House and land in Caboolture for $90k.
Some quick googling tells me the average individual wage was around $600 per week in Australia that year. Standard home loan rates were around 9.5% (down from around 17%, 3 years earlier). Do some maths and compare that today!
4 months after Novembers hailstorm and I’m still finding houses with damage waiting to be repaired. Check out the impact to these solar panels!!
