Set up yesterday for Keith’s 60th birthday at Story Bridge Hotel yesterday 💙
Installed on-site and ready before guests arrived — it turned heads straight away.
It quickly became a conversation starter — “I’ve never seen a painted balloon installation before — this is amazing.”

I love sourcing natural materials, reclaiming timber, and woodworking — so I didn’t expect PVC board to become one of my favourite materials for custom cutout shapes.
But it’s genuinely brilliant.
Once it’s cut, sanded, and lightly scuffed, paint adheres beautifully and lasts well. It’s thick, durable and waterproof.
Unlike corflute, the paint doesn’t just peel straight off. And unlike wood, it won’t warp, grow mould, or weather the same way over time.
Timber still headlines in our work, but for outdoor shapes, reclaimed PVC has genuinely excelled.
We’re now offering individual custom shapes up to 26cm — made to order, direct to you.
Because we use reclaimed material, supply is limited, and we’ll only offer what we can responsibly make.
