Been busy on this Victoria point site for a while 👍 110 houses or so done as of this point 👌 all exterior carpentry work done by QLAND Constructions. We take pride in making someone's new home look as perfect as possible ✨️

Qland Constructions are looking for a Carpenter that has the capabilities to lead a small crew to complete jobs to a top standard.
The job is cladding (james hardies products) and soffits to low set houses in the Victoria point area. Residential Cladding experience is a must.
We need a Carpenter with good work ethic and the ability to be on the tools and keep the guys working in a productive manner.
Pretty basic house designs so a decent carpenter will have know issues keeping the jobs ticking along.
Must be able to understand and follow specs of products being used and take pride in the finished work they produce.
Plenty of work for the ideal candidate and full time or abn employment options available. We can discuss rates over a chat about experience and kit etc 👍
6.30am - 2.30pm workday

Looking for Carpenters, Trade assists, labourers that specialise in cladding (James hardies, Weathertex) must have a keen eye for detail and sound knowledge when it comes to following specs 👌 Also if you've got a crew of 2, 3, 4, 5 and struggling to keep work in front of you give us a message.
ABN hourly rates. Hourly rates will depend on experience and kit.
If you have a crew and sick of trying to stay busy let us know your preferred areas of work and hourly rate for each/combined and we will see if we can get you going on some constant work 👌
Weekly pays (friday)6.30am - 2.30pm work days Monday - Friday. We stay away from weekend work so we can all spend time with family and friends and have a life away from work aswell 👊

Qland Constructions are looking for more CARPENTERS & APPRENTICES!
We're chasing experienced carpenters and also motivated apprentices for full time employment that have strong residential Cladding & or Framing experience 👍
Motivated apprentices also needed (preferably 2nd-4th year) but interested to talk to keen 1st years.
With an abundance of Cladding(majority), Frames, Lock-up, Deck & Fixout contracts coming up we are wanting more chipies and apprentices to help with the workload.

Carpenter rates are $40-50p/h depending on experience and kit, full time employment for the right candidate + 4weeks holidays per year + sick days + super
38 hours per week (6.30am -2.30pm workday)
Weekly pays (on the Friday of the week worked)
Overtime work rare but an option if needed.

Must have a good kit and reliable transport 👌
Oxley, Ipswich based work for the forseable future. We have work all around the greater Brisbane area to the Gold Coast majority of the time.
