Happy International Womenโs Day ๐๐ทโ๏ธ
The Commit Works team recently attended the AusIMM International Womenโs Day Luncheon in Brisbane, where we heard from the inspiring Anna Meares, OAM, and joined others across the industry in celebrating the achievements of women.
Weโre proud to be part of a business and industry where the contributions of women are increasingly recognised and valued. At Commit Works, our team actively supports, encourages, and celebrates the women in our organisation and across the broader mining community.

Mining doesn't suffer from a lack of tech. The problem we see most often is fragmentation. Disconnected systems create ex*****on gaps that drive variability and lead to inconsistent performance. The answer isn't more tech or expensive consultants. The real opportunity lies in closing the planning to ex*****on gap. Real-time data capture, contextualised relationships, and integrated IT/OT systems will enable faster decisions, better reporting, and sustained operational excellence. This is the challenge CiteOps by Commit Works was built to address - connecting plans and frontline ex*****on through an operational data foundation. From here, we can confidently progress towards AI-enabled ex*****on models that will define the future of mining operations.

Team Commit Works is passionate about helping mining operations close the gap between planning and ex*****on. As the industry moves towards increased digitization and technology implementation, we want to help collect, categorize and analyze operational data in preparation for AI. If you heard Ian Jones speak at IdeaXchange today, I am sure you'll agree the enthusiasm is contagious! Continue the conversation, or catch up if you missed it, at booth 2844 on the Expo floor.

CiteOps is designed for key mining industry verticals. No matter your operation type or commodity, supervisors and crews can communicate production data, actuals,
and deviations. Our solutions offer enhanced control over ex*****on and the ability for planners to make adjustments in short intervals. Operations management can analyse data to monitor, control, and reduce variations or conflicts. Drive compliant performance through better, data-driven decision making.

As mining operations become more complex, one challenge continues to limit performance: the gap between and *****on.
This session will explore what it really takes to prepare for AI-enabled ex*****on models. Before can deliver value at the frontline, the foundations must be in place:
๐ฝ consistent data collection
๐ standardized categorization
๐ strong connection between systems and teams
With a robust foundation, mining operations can improve activity , strengthen operational control, and support better real-time decision-making. Only then can AI be applied meaningfully to ex*****on.
If youโre attending and interested in how technology can help translate plans into consistent ex*****on, we welcome you to join the discussion.

Many of the conversations we have with operations and technology leaders in the mining industry start with the same questions:
โข How do we close the gap between planning and ex*****on?
โข Do we really need more software?
โข How can CiteOps help and will it integrate with our existing systems?
โข What do connected operations actually look like in practice?
โข Where does data need to come from before AI can deliver value?
To make these discussions easier, we have consolidated the most common questions we hear into a single FAQ resource that covers:
โข How Commit Works supports operational planning and ex*****on
โข Where our solutions sit across IT and OT environments
โข How teams move from disconnected tools to aligned ex*****on
โข What foundations are required before advanced analytics and AI
If you are exploring how to improve operational visibility, coordination, and control, this should provide a useful starting point.

High-trust, high-commitment organisations do not happen by accident. They are built deliberately. There is a common thread across workplaces that demonstrate operational excellence. They are better equipped to create sustained trust, ownership, and ex*****on discipline.
Because the mining industry changes fast, teams must adapt quickly and transparently. Plans remain outcome-focused and grounded in reality. Learning comes from variance, not blame.
The outcome is a committed, high-trust, high-performing workplace delivering stronger results for employees, shareholders, communities, and customers. Commit Works and CiteOps supports these behaviours through digitally enabled planning, ex*****on, and learning cycles.
