There is a version of this most founders know well.

The frameworks or step-by-step course you've been following were probably built for someone else's business. Someone with different capacity, different goals, and a different idea of what success is supposed to look like.

Maybe you want more freedom.

Maybe you want to grow without adding another layer of complexity to your week.

Last night’s Founders & Flutes sold out.

Let me be clear about what working with me actually looks like.

Because there's a version of "business coach" in most people's heads that I want to address directly.

I'm not handing you a twelve-step plan or a cookie-cutter strategy template. I'm not telling you what to do. And I'm not here to validate decisions you've already made (although sometimes I do, and that matters too).

What I actually do:
I ask the questions you're not asking yourself. I hold the view of your whole business when you're standing too close to one part of it. I challenge you. I shorten the distance between the decision and the moment you make it.

The founders I work with don't struggle to work hard. They struggle to see clearly enough to work on the right things, in the right order to unlock their next level.

Your business has grown.
But the way you’re leading it hasn’t caught up yet, perhaps?

There comes a point where more effort isn’t the answer.
You can work harder.
You can post more content.
You can do more marketing.
You can launch something new.
You can tweak your Canva graphic for the tenth time because obviously that shade of beige was the problem (am I right?).

But deep down, you know the issue isn’t your work ethic.

Maybe you’re still making too many decisions alone.
Maybe you’re still holding everything in your head because there’s nowhere else to put it.
