Fleur, Syed and Ruth recently spent time at Forest Lake State High School for National Reconciliation Week, running a Reconciliation Scavenger Hunt for students.
The challenge encouraged students to discover key moments in Australia's reconciliation journey, learn something new, and put their knowledge to the test. Students who completed the hunt and returned their answers scored a prize!
A fun way to learn, connect and spark conversations about reconciliation. ๐ค๐โค๏ธ

Today is National Sorry Day. A day to acknowledge and honour the strength, resilience and ongoing journeys of Stolen Generation survivors, their families and communities. We also recognise the lasting impacts of forced child removal and the ways these continue to affect First Nations children, young people, families and communities today.
At headspace, we believe every First Nations young person has the right to access culturally safe, inclusive and healing-centred support.
If today brings up difficult feelings, support is available. Visit the link in our bio to explore support options.๐ค๐โค๏ธ

We are grateful to stand alongside community members and local organisations in raising awareness, supporting healing, and advocating for a safer future for all. Together, we continue to encourage conversations, connection and support for those affected. ๐ Thank you for running this event.
