Bracken Ridge Project update!

Construction is well underway for our Bracken Ridge projects, with some lots already under contract in Stage 1!

Every changing property market makes development especially challenging but embracing the challenges leads to great outcome. Team NSD is certainly embracing the current climate and are looking to offload a few current projects as more opportunities continue to present themself.

Why offload projects?

Our acquisition is firing well so we have an abundance and a few we purchased particularly well allowing us to explore this option. Certainly not giving them away but worse problems to be having.

March 2026 Brisbane Property Networking Group is on tomorrow at Broncos Leagues Club and Winnie (also staring Adelyn) is very excited to be presenting Landsborough project.

Make sure to pop along if you can and support Winnie in her first big presentation at the Brisbane meetup.

Things starting to move with Bracken Ridge about to commence external construction closely followed by 70-76 Barrett Street and 30 & 34 Darragh Street to provide 37 new house lots.

Things also moving on Oxley with DA expected late March....Kristyn also about to start construction in Regents Park and Winnie moving Landsborough along in DA stage as well.

JV with Fin out for IR and JV with Karine about to be lodged along with new 55+ lots in Jimboomba that Ben in chasing along.

Combined with a new exciting potential in Western suburbs which could see NSD office change makes the start of 2026 a cracker in NSD world........not to mention Anna potentially coming back for a day or two a week.....things are a moving here.

2026 is now with us and the NSD team are geared up to make it a great year. Recent addition bringing Alex Valery on, to take control of the Little Red Rocket (large site slashing) and our new hydromulch machine.
This will enable us to also use the hydromulch trailer for keeping new plants and grass well watered, with its 2,000 litre capacity.

Alex will ensure our grass has never been greener we are sure.

Bus tour into Christmas Party

Was a big day but also a cracking day and we really do thank everyone who came along to one or both of the events on the 15th of November. Special note for those travellers with a number of interstate family coming along to our gathering.
