R U OK? Day at Ausdeck

Today our team came together to mark R U OK? Day.

Our CEO opened proceedings with a simple but powerful message, a conversation can change a life, and with so much of our time spent at work together, we all have a responsibility to look out for one another.

Brian, our Health and Safety Lead, then shared a deeply personal story about losing a mentor early in his career, and how that experience taught him first-hand just how much it matters to check in on the people around you.

It was a powerful moment for the whole team.

The heart of the day was our Check In Conversation Wall, filled with honest, thoughtful contributions from across the business.

That, plus a morning tea, an afternoon tea, and a few cupcakes along the way.

Thank you to everyone who took part, and to Brian for his courage in sharing his story.

RU OK? Ask. Listen. Encourage Action. Check in.
