Jake is a certified Personal Trainer and is a believer that attitude, not ability, determines destiny and through a lifestyle of healthy eating and training, anybody can achieve the body of their dreams. Jake has been involved in the fitness industry for the past two years and has represented QLD throughout primary and high school for a number of sports including baseball, touch football, AFL and softball. He now focuses on touch football and long distance running while creating a career in the fitness industry. As a fitness professional, it is Jake’s ambition to assist you in your health and fitness aspirations. He believes that exercise is essential in life for people of all ages and fitness levels as a healthy body equals a healthy mind. It is never too late to start your healthier lifestyle!
