Had the privilege of presenting on leadership at the ACRRE Leadership Workshop today alongside our General Manager, Emma Burke, hosted by Sharon Paley and Dr Fiona.

Leadership is often viewed as a position, but we’ve learned it’s really about empowering others, building trust, and creating environments where people can thrive. Some of our greatest leadership lessons have come through challenges, mistakes, growth, and the incredible people we’ve had the privilege to lead alongside.

It was a fantastic opportunity to share our experiences and connect with so many passionate professionals committed to making a difference.
