Alive is a community-driven mental health program dedicated to ending youth su***de. ALIVE caters coaching for emotional resilience, confidence and life skills.

ALIVE doesn't just talk about su***de, we do the work with our clients to intervene and prevent su***de. Giving participants the ability to deal with overhwelming pressure, anxiety, emotional upset, pressure and anger through clinical and non clinical methods such as art, Brazillian Jiu Jitsu or the self confidence and nurturing aspects of Animal Assisted Coaching.
