Some strategic changes take years for organisations to get imbedded. This is generally the mental progression of executives and business owners without a defined roadmap to guide and prepare you for the inevitable challenges.....

Getting clear on strategy and how you're going to implement that strategy is especially important in times of rapid change. Change causes problems and opportunities. If you have a good strategy to deal with a rapidly changing environment, you'll create huge opportunities. If you have no strategy, you'll have nothing but problems.

Getting out of the office and into a calm and inspiring environment with great homemade food works wonders as well!

Today was a really enjoyable first day of our two day program with an exciting high growth business.

Given business is often a bit like fishing- you throw your bait out and hopefully catch some good customers- it was important to throw a quick line in at lunch to really demonstrate that point...... *insert tongue in cheek here.

Getting ready for a strategy and implementation workshop with a very exciting company that is going to change their market significantly. Strategy is important, but without basic operational excellence and ability to implement ideas- strategy is useless! So we'll be making sure both are done in parallel. Stay tuned.......
