I’ve been heavily involved in recruitment lately, and I truly enjoy the process, however, I’ve noticed some surprising trends. The role involves working 2 days per week, with the option to spread the hours over 3 days. Candidates located near the Berwick (Melbourne) area are preferred for occasional staff meetings.

Responsibilities:
⏳ Weekly reconciliation and review of bookkeeping for various clients
📒 General bookkeeping duties, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, debt collection, and bank reconciliations using Xero

Qualifications:
📒Proven experience as a bookkeeper in a similar advisory organisation managing multiple clients
🖥 Strong knowledge of Xero is essential
