Loving the play of light at Modifications to the house included new louvered windows to the master bedroom, new veranda balustrade and stairs to the pool deck, pool awning and new cedar batten soffits to the ground level entertaining area, not to mention new exterior painting! .build 📷

The modified entry at is fresh and modern in white with timber accents. I especially love the view through to the lush garden and pool in the backyard. The floor plan was redesigned to be open with a new internal stair to capture the views and natural light. .build 📷

Feature pendants should compliment the overall look and feel of the interior space and create a talking point. The Circus Copper Pendants from are bold and contemporary, perfect to perch under after a long day and enjoy a good conversation at the island bench. 📷
