Stage 1 construction for the new Souths Rugby Union clubhouse is currently in progress. The updated clubhouse will attract more patrons, energy, and supporters to this community club.⁠

The major renovation and extension of this Kalinga cottage is well underway. ⁠

The Enixr team is currently working on lifting the existing property while building a new part of the house that will connect the old with the new. ⁠

Early Works Package at the Souths Graceville Hounds Rugby League Club ||| Soon to be Enixr Built. ⁠

The new clubhouse will include office spaces, change rooms, a commercial kitchen and canteen, a medical office, and multipurpose spaces. ⁠

Enixr Built is excited to announce our latest project award for Attimi by Dario Manca in Paddington. The venue will house a 28-seat experimental fine-dining restaurant. ⁠

DZ Architects are behind the design of this bespoke Brisbane venue. Works will commence shortly, with a September opening date locked in.⁠

An NDIS new build and cottage refurbishment in the inner northern suburbs of Kalinga is currently underway 🏡⁠
⁠
Working with a valued client, the Enixr team is halfway through this extensive project, which includes an existing house lift and a new building to the rear of the property, connecting the new to the old through a breezeway and lift lobby.⁠

Due to be completed by late July 2024, the centre will include a new gym, FIBA-approved court, shooting bays, enhanced treatment and recovery spaces for the athletes, new administration offices, a player lounge and a merchandise store for fans. ⁠
