Our role within this project involved site identification and due diligence studies in line with our clients brief and requirements. As this property settles it will be full steam ahead for the next stages of the development.

Check out this site we helped a client acquire in Kedron. They are looking to demolish the existing post-war house and build a large, traditional home in its place.

Our role involved market research and a development feasibility study. After looking at multiple sites during the process, we identified this property as being best suited to the client’s goals.

We are still in contact and actively assisting them through the next stages of their development.
