As CFO, you will lead the financial management strategy, ensuring fiscal accountability, optimising financial performance and driving sustainable investment in healthcare services. Reporting directly to the Health Service Chief Executive (HSCE), you will provide strategic financial direction, oversee major capital planning and ensure THHS meets all financial governance and compliance obligations.

You will be an exceptional financial leader with extensive senior leadership experience in strategic financial management, preferably within the healthcare sector or other complex service-driven organisations. You will bring a strong track record in managing complex budgets, optimising revenue streams and implementing effective financial governance. Strong stakeholder engagement skills are essential, with the ability to liaise with executive leadership, government bodies and external partners. Expertise in financial performance analysis, risk management, and compliance frameworks is also required. A deep understanding of government health funding models and activity-based funding would be highly regarded.
