You couldn’t have wiped the smile off my face this weekend, it’s easily up there as one of my favourites. I went into this weekend with one foot in the door and one out, not entirely sure how my shoulder would go since it’s not at 100%. But once the helmet went on Saturday morning? It was go time 😎 There were countless battles, some close calls, new experiences with lapped riders and some big smiles at the end of each day. To the Elms brothers Matt Elms and Jacob Elms thank you for keeping me honest, putting up the fight for the overall podium and providing some wild 300 battles. What a weekend to remember!

I can’t thank this guy enough 🙌🏼

The pink little rocket went in to for some TLC and refreshment before we aim to hit the track again for the final round of ASBK. From day one Marty has gone above and beyond for me, constantly helping out both track side and at his shop, lending tools, equipment you name it. He’s so much more than a mechanic, and a simple “thank you” could never be sufficient, but I’ll say it anyway. Thank you for everything mate, your support means everything 🫶🏼 Now let’s go racing!

It’s your 30th birthday today. A milestone celebration that got taken away from you. We were supposed to ride more twisty roads together where I’d convince you to swap bikes so that you rode a tiny stock 400 and I got the wild beast of the ZX. We were supposed to find more mountains to climb and sunsets to watch. We were supposed to feel the sand between our toes and bask in the ocean. We were supposed to book more track days where you’d lap every single person, and yet be the most humble person in the paddock. We had so many more memories to make because the ones we did weren’t enough. It’s your 30th birthday today, but you’re not here to celebrate it.

I miss you every day mate, you were the best friend anyone could’ve asked for. Happy heavenly birthday 🎂.

Rehab every day and physio every week and we’re starting to see improvements! A few weeks ago we tested and I was 44% weaker than my left shoulder even though I’m right hand dominate which was a tough pill to swallow. Today, we retested and we’re sitting at 20% 💪🏼 it’s not perfect but it’s improvement and that’s all that matters!
Motion Health have been incredible. Cupping, needling, strength testing, rehab movements, we’ve been doing it all and they’ve done everything they can to help me get back on the bike. Thank you team 🖤
