A Positive Behaviour Support Plan (PBSP) is designed to improve quality of life by understanding the reasons behind behaviours and developing practical strategies that reduce risk and support everyday wellbeing and independence.

Rather than focusing only on the behaviour itself, PBSPs also consider the person’s environment, communication, routines, and the supports around them to better understand what may be influencing behaviours over time.

At Fortify Health Group, PBSPs are supported through both development and implementation, with guidance provided to the people involved in day-to-day support so strategies can be applied consistently and in a way that reflects the individual’s needs.
