💰 Average earnings of $180K–$200K+ per year + Super
✔ Permanent Full-Time Position

✔ Flexible shutdown-based work with office support opportunities between campaigns
✔ Full induction support provided

You'll be leading crews completing conveyor maintenance, liner replacements, screening media changeouts and other materials handling shutdown works across major WA mine sites.

Requirements:
▪ Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor Certificate (Essential)

▪ Manual Driver's Licence
▪ Previous industrial or shutdown supervisory experience

About the Role
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day delivery of commercial roofing projects, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead site teams and conduct daily pre-starts/toolbox meetings
• Supervise cladding, flashing, and roof plumbing installations
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and project schedules
• Manage site safety documentation, inductions, and JSA's
• Monitor productivity and provide clear direction to crews
• Ensure compliance with OH&S requirements and building standards

About You
• Previous supervisory experience within commercial roofing
• Strong knowledge of cladding, sheeting, flashings, and roof plumbing
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Sound understanding of site safety requirements
• Competent with computer-based reporting and administration

• Working at Heights (within 2 years) – highly regarded
• Roofing Trade Qualification – beneficial

Scope of Works (Construction):
• Water Treatment Plant & Silo upgrades and construction

Requirements:
• WA Electrical Licence
• Experience on water treatment or industrial construction projects (highly regarded)
