🎉 Congratulations Ana! 🎉
Alltype Engineers would like to congratulate our female Boilermaker apprentice, Ana Faka’ata, on successfully completing her four-year apprenticeship.
Ana joined us as a first-year apprentice with very limited knowledge of the trade, as her previous host employer had not provided her with the appropriate training. Since joining Alltype Engineers, Ana has shown outstanding dedication and growth, progressing exceptionally well over the past three years.
At Alltype Engineers, we are proud supporters of women in trades and strong believers in producing high-quality tradespeople for our industry. Ana’s journey is a fantastic example of what can be achieved when opportunity, proper training, and determination come together.
We are proud to work alongside OSMAC Apprenticeships, an organisation that shares our commitment to developing skilled tradespeople. A special thank you to our field officer, Melissa Kemp, for trusting Alltype Engineers to continue building the future workforce of our industry.
