For ages 9-12 years old

Have fun while learning problem solving and critical thinking skills. Learn to code and make games, direct animated stories and program robots.

This holiday we’re running our Maze and Race Robots program in Braybrook Community Hub.
One hour of packed play, problem-solving, and robot coding. Your kids will code and guide our colour-smart tiny robots to dance, show off artwork, solve mazes, and run the great robot race.
No prior robotics or coding experience necessary. All equipment and robots provided.

Combining coding and plaiting in a hands on and tactile experience.
What a genius idea by Muddly Puddly Laboratory. My 7yo daughter LOVED it.
She’s been practicing plaiting my hair but was struggling with how silky (if I do say so myself) and slippery it was. This was perfect to get those little hand muscles going and understand the procedure to get the plait/braid appearance.

Do you know what makes a video move?
This week the corders learn to make their own animation. The corders enjoyed and there was lots of creativity. The corders will continue next week. Will share the finished project next week. 🙂

We are back in Braybrook Community Hub for our Saturday coding classes. We have filled our 10 am and 11 am classes, but we are hoping to run another class at 1 pm - if we can get enough students.

This school holiday we are doing something different: partnering with Maribyrnong Council to offer a coding camp workshop that's a bit more advanced.
