Throughout their whole journey, Mark & Kate stayed open and trusting of the process even with months of consistent rain. They believed in our team and in the home we were creating for them, and exactly nine months after we stepped on site, they walked into their beautiful new home just in time to celebrate Christmas in their new space.
For us, this project was more than a build. It was a moment of genuine growth. It strengthened our systems, sharpened our communication, and reminded us that trust isn’t just a nice to have, it's the fondation of every great builder - client relationship 🫶

Greenridge Homestead is looking absolutely stunning with its completed joinery by the talented team at Kitchens for Living, paired perfectly with stonework crafted by Hunter Valley Granite & Marble. Watching these spaces come to life never gets old, but this transformation hits especially beautifully.

Some people say why? we say why not.
Stepping outside the norm is what keeps building exciting. Our clients could have easily stayed with standard rectangular windows, but when collaborating with their architect they chose to continue arches in their extension and it’s a design decision we back wholeheartedly.
That single curve shifts the entire mood of the home. It softens the façade, elevates the aesthetic, and brings a calm, welcoming feel that you simply can’t achieve with straight lines alone.
Bold choices don’t just stand out they set the tone for a home that feels thoughtfully crafted and uniquely yours.
