The dark spots all over this infested are what’s called Lichen and it can damage your expensive roof.
Lichen if left too long on surfaces like these can permanently damage the Colourbond surface, it’s roots are capable of penetrating the baked on coatings right down to the bare metal
This is approximately 10 years worth of growth- we recommend cleaning at least every 5 years.
To clean these properly it’s a 3 step process.
Note - Pressure cleaning on its own will NOT clean surface 100% it must have the correct chemicals applied afterwards to kill the microscopic particles left on the surface that the pressure washing will not / or cannot remove.

1 - Med-High pressure clean surface to remove as much lichen as possible

2 - Apply the correct chemicals to surface and leave on surface to dwell for some time.

3 - lightly Rinse surface.
