As we wrap up 2025, we wanted to share a quick update and a heartfelt thank you. It’s been a big year for us at Linic Group, with plenty of challenges and much we’ve overcome. We’re grateful for how far we’ve come and for everyone who’s been part of the journey.
We’re excited for what’s ahead — in 2026 we’ll be delivering 75 finished waterfront homes well before the end of the year, and construction will kick off on another 44 homes early next year.
Thank you to all our buyers, partners and supporters for your ongoing trust. We’re looking forward to an even stronger year ahead and can’t wait to welcome many of you into your new homes soon.

Construction at Cygnus Parade is advancing well, as highlighted in this drone update for Stage 2 of the Waterford precinct projects. Our building partner and consultant team have shown remarkable commitment in navigating a challenging market, ensuring consistent progress on site. We are proud of the work completed so far and look forward to unveiling these riverside residences at the start of the new year.
Earlier this month, we marked an important milestone at Saunton with our topping out ceremony.
