Loving colourful autumn and the beauty of a vineyard in the autumn, I continue visiting Victoria wine regions. This time is Macedon Range wine region. It’s an absolute pleasure to enjoy tasting wine, relax, and view the vines under the sunlight.

We already visited Yarra valley, the biggest winery area in Victoria. Last weekend we decided to visit Heathcote, tasted the wines and local produce there. It was raining so we could not sit outside for fresh air of winery and beautiful vines in autumn. Fine wines, good local food, and friendly staff of a family wine business made our long weekend so happy.

Starting a season to discover the beauty of autumn colours in wineries, Yarra Valley, tasting fine wines and good foods!!!

My favourite rice paper rolls for a snack in the weekend, fresh veggie rolls!

Some special chilies that you can only buy in a local shop or market, not in big Coles or Woollies.
Its hot level might be very high!

A summer dinner, fresh rice paper roll meal with combined recipes, pork-belly prawn rolls and smoked salmon rolls. We loved NZ salmons from the NZ trip, so we tried tasting new types of ready-to-eat salmon. They’re all really yummy!!!
