Due to the reintroduction of Stage 3 restrictions for regional Victoria, Tree of Life Wellbeing Centre is unable to offer in person face-to-face sessions for the foreseeable future.
Online Zoom sessions are still available and can be conducted in the comfort of your own home (for something different 😆), which means no mask required 😁. As an added bonus, pyjamas are considered acceptable attire for online sessions! Other optional choices include doing your hair and teeth, getting up 5 minutes before your session starts, and knowing what day of the week it is 😜.
