Pool Guard Inspections

Attention Central Victoria pool owners! If your pool or spa was installed between 1994 and 2009, this council update applies directly to you. Mount Alexander Shire Council, City of Greater Bendigo, Central Goldfields Shire Council have sent out letters that your inspections are due.

Nice neat way of installing a barrier to protect an intersecting barrier above a wall.

Got your Council Pool or Spa compliance letter? 🏊‍♂️❌

Don’t risk a $$$ fines + failed inspection fees.

Hey everyone, I’m a local pool compliance specialist living/working right here in the Central Victoria region.
I know local councils (Greater Bendigo, Mount Alexander, Hepburn, Loddon) are issuing mandatory 4-yearly barrier inspection notices right now. The problem? If an inspector comes out and finds a faulty latch or wrong fence height, you fail instantly, get hit with possible fees, and get slapped with a strict legal window to fix it.

Before you book an inspector, let me look at it virtually first.

After the rain we have had, it wouldn't hurt to have it tested.

We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Sick of no shows and no value for your hard earned. Don't make it any harder on yourself.

Growing all the time...

Recently, numerous pool inspections have been conducted with looming deadlines for the City of Greater Bendigo and Mount Alexander Shire.

Cleaver fencing and use of retaining walls.

We are always amazed by the talents of local trades and businesses. Seeing the spaces created and landscapes during pool fence compliance inspections are often the best part of the day.

Older pool standards measure your fences height on the approach side. This image shows why new pool boundary fence are now on the measured on inside with non climb zones. Pellets make great ladders🤔
