Customized Constructions

Good homes are built with more than individual rooms in mind. The way each space connects and transitions into the next is just as important.

At our Benloch project, the kitchen, dining and living areas have been positioned to create an easy flow through the home, while generous glazing keeps the spaces connected to the surrounding setting.

From the layout through to the construction details, every connection has been carefully resolved to make the home work as a whole.

Some sites tell you exactly what the home should be.

Our Pyalong project sits low and long across the paddock, with a single roofline running the length of the home and a recycled brick facade that already looks like it belongs there. The timber entry portico breaks the line and marks the arrival without overstating it.

Designed to sit with the landscape rather than stand against it.

Layout is what makes a bathroom like this work.

The Sternberg main bathroom runs the vanity along one wall, keeps the bath beneath the window and positions the shower behind fixed glass, leaving the floor open and making the room feel more spacious. Fluted timber joinery and matte black fittings add warmth and contrast against the textured stone-look tiles.

Dark and grounded, without losing the light.

A well-considered entry sets the tone for the spaces beyond it.

At our Benloch project, the entry and breezeway combine polished concrete, warm timber and feature brickwork to create a strong transition between the exterior and interior of the home. The statement pendant adds another layer of detail, while the glazed doors allow natural light and views to carry through the space.

It's a practical passageway, but one that has been given the same level of attention as the living spaces around it.

Bathrooms are one of the spaces that need to be right from the very beginning of a build. They need to be practical, durable and inviting, while still feeling like a considered part of the home.

For this project, the combination of natural light, textured tiles, warm timber and a freestanding bath creates a space that feels calm and refined without compromising on everyday functionality.

Getting the details right makes all the difference to how a bathroom looks, feels and performs for years to come.

At our Lavistone project, the kitchen brings together bold contrasts, clean lines, and carefully selected finishes.

The textured island creates a strong focal point, paired with dark cabinetry and subtle detailing throughout.

Designed with functionality in mind, while giving the space its own distinct identity.

Strong materials and quality craftsmanship form the foundation of a well-built home.

At this stage of the build, the structure begins to reveal the character that will carry through the finished result. From the strength of the framing to the texture and warmth of the materials being introduced, every element plays a role in shaping the home.

It's the combination of solid construction and considered workmanship that creates something made to stand the test of time.

Light-filled and finished with warm timber and brushed brass, this bathroom has a softer feel from the moment you walk in.

The white tile creates a clean backdrop, while the freestanding bath and generous shower make the space practical for everyday use.

A calm space to start the day and wind down at the end of it.

A space that brings everyday living together.

At our Sternberg project, the living area balances comfort with clean, practical finishes. Polished concrete floors, warm timber accents, and soft furnishings add contrast and warmth, while the open layout creates an easy flow through the home.

Natural light, open views, and a quiet sense of comfort come together in this bedroom.

Large windows bring the surrounding landscape into the room, while the simple finishes and considered details keep the space feeling calm and practical.

A bedroom made for slowing down and enjoying the view.
