This unit sanded and finished up great.

Full unit hang and trowel in Golden Square. Square set to kitchen/living and tiles to ceiling in bathroom. Bedrooms having New York 90mm cornice photos to follow.. stay tuned 🙌🏼

Sheeted and troweled up this old school hall out in beautiful Kingower. Rolling scaf definitely was a big help on this one.

Double layered 16mm fire retardant ceiling on suspended furring channel in the tobacconist in the Hargreaves Mall.
This is was solely to protect the building in the floor above as it has not been finished and troweled.

As spoken about previously in my last post. This is how we managed to sheet over the existing compressed straw ceiling linings. Domestic batten fixed to steel i-beams running into the C channel wall track. Was a mission in itself getting this all set up for new plaster.

Client wanted all his ceilings replaced. Existing ceiling lining was the old stramit board (100mm think compressed straw)
Very ugly stuff.. boards were installed in between 1200mm spaced steel i-beams which is the original structure for the ceiling, hence we couldn’t removed them. New Battens were fixed to bottoms side of beams throughout and installed C channel wall track to pickup the battens on each side of the walls. This was a bit of a project but we managed to get this one looking brand new.

A new project last week for Shaun at McGrath Reno’s out in the beautiful hills of Sedgwick. The builders hung this one, just needed me to trowel and cornice this one up. This shed was turn into a new kitchen/living area, bedroom with a walk in robe and a new ensuite. Here’s just a few snaps of the job.

Finished up with this extension on King St in town. Square set, raked ceilings in an extended living area, laundry and a new bathroom. 🙌🏼

Villaboard lined pergola in Spring Gully today for LM Construction. Happy to have this one hit on the head. Quick sand tomorrow morning and onto the next 🤙🏼
