The last week in my space at my home before I move house. I’m so deeply grateful to the spirit of my home, the lands which have held us so beautifully and of course my clients that have tenderly entered the space ready to receive, heal and touch parts of themselves that have been truely an honour to witness. As I downsize considerably, a choice to live more with the earth then stuff (best decision I have made in a long time!) I will continue to offer my services in another space. I’ll also share more about my downsizing in another post!

Internal Body Tracking Sessions 🌿
For the past two years I have been training in a wonderful modality called 'Internal Body Tracking'. It has been a really deep dive into self awareness, embodiment and integration.
A little bit about the session;
Internal body tracking is a holistic integrative therapy that works through the fields of resource, defence and shadow. This collaborative experience creates a safe container to welcome all parts of ourselves and to meet the places we often disown or keep seperate. This session is dynamic in its approach and offers a safe and gentle way of engaging with defence and shadow material, as well as working with our internal resources of strength, nourishment and empowerment.
I am currently offering donation based sessions as part of my practitioner training.
