Winter Feast is open.

We're inside, Stall 15 (PW1), and we can't wait to see you there.

We are also bringing something we have been sitting on for a while.
The Winter Feast 2026 Limited Release is a port and cognac cask single malt bottled at 53.2% ABV, drawn from two casks built for us by Transwood Cooperage back in 2021. Just 64 individually numbered bottles, released only for the Feast.

You can try it by the pour at our stall, or take a bottle home. Available online and at the cellar door.

The Mures winter whisky series kicks off Wednesday 20th May, and Battery Point Distillery is up first.

We'll be hosting the evening at Kelp Bar, walking guests through the range across four courses from the Mures kitchen. Expect Tasmanian seafood, Wagyu, and a chocolate finish, each matched to a single malt, with a House of Lenna Sloe Gin cocktail to start.

24 seats across two long communal tables. $99 per person, 6pm start.

Some of our core range made the trip to FHA this week, one of the biggest food and hospitality expos in the region, and got in front of a room full of buyers from across Asia. First time our whisky has landed on a stage this size.

House of Lenna — Sloe Gin, back in stock

Our Sloe Gin starts with local Tasmanian sloe berries, hand-picked from the Derwent Valley and macerated for up to six months across five individually distilled botanicals. The result is exactly what it should be — rich in colour, fruit forward, and very easy to drink.

Tart plum and citrus on the nose, a light creamy palate with vanilla and fresh citrus peel, finishing with marzipan, spice, and a hint of torched cinnamon.

Neat, over ice, or in your favourite cocktail. It works every way.

Every barrel in our warehouse tells a different story.

Same wash, same spirit, same still, but put it into a port cask versus a bourbon cask and you get two completely different whiskies. The wood does more work than most people realise.

Luke tastes through every barrel before anything goes into a bottle. Some need more time. Some surprise you early. And some never quite get there. That's the reality of small-batch production, not every barrel makes the cut.

It's slower, it's less predictable, and it's exactly why the whisky tastes the way it does.

Bourbon Cask Single Malt. 46.9%

This is the one people keep coming back for. Matured exclusively in bourbon barrels, the cask influence is gentle and supportive, vanilla bean, honeycomb, citrus oils on the nose. The palate opens with vanilla custard and sweet grain before drifting into light tropical fruit.

Luke describes it as the most honest expression of our spirit. The bourbon cask doesn't try to dominate, it gives the whisky space to be itself.
