So this happened this week - 1944% increase!

I promise not to let these numbers go to my head, but in future, if you could refer to me as Her Royal Highness.

I was a finalist at an award ceremony recently and was watching all the clever businesses that were not only nominated but also winning awards. 50% were female founders, but one brave recipient saw something else. She noticed that every single person handing over the awards was a man. She called them on it when she accepted that award and also challenged them to have more next year.

We have so many female industry leaders, and yet it didn't occur to the Awards team to ask any of them to present a single award.

That woman was my hero and a champion for change, plus a woman doing extraordinary things in business. What a combination! I wish I had taken note of her name and connected with her.

I recently received this amazing recommendation from my client. My week has definitely ended on a high.

Shutterstock looks like they are offering a similar solution to Canva. It’s still in Beta mode but has AI, predictions and design. Stay tuned.
