Neurodiversity isn’t a trend. It’s a design strategy.
At we’ve been designing for difference for 24 years.
For ADHD brains. Autistic minds. Anxious systems. Sensory seekers. Quiet thinkers. Big feelers.
We just didn’t always have the words for it.
Now we do. And we’re saying it loud:
We design for how people actually feel, function, and focus.
Because when you lead with empathy and sensory intelligence,
you don’t just get better design —
you get higher performance, deeper belonging, and healthier teams.
We don’t design for everyone.
We design for difference.

Since being diagnosed with ADHD earlier this year, I’ve started noticing patterns in my life that make so much more sense now.
Like swimming.
I’ve always been drawn to it — the rhythm, the quiet, the full-body movement. Now I know why. Swimming is one of the few things that helps me regulate, focus, and feel calm in a world that often feels too loud, too fast, too much.
For neurodivergent minds, the water isn’t just exercise — it’s medicine.
A space to be still and in motion at the same time.
A space where the outside noise softens.
A space to breathe.
And after the laps are done … a few races to feed that competitive spirit can’t hurt!

Earlier this year, I was diagnosed with ADHD. And it explains so much.
My sensitivity to light, sound, temperature, movement, proportion and nature has shaped my entire career. It’s why I became an interior designer. It’s how I lead. It’s how I design.
Now I understand why.
This diagnosis isn’t a limitation — it’s insight. It’s a superpower. And it’s helping me relaunch from a place of clarity, purpose and lived experience.
We’ve always designed intuitively for neurodiversity. Now we’re doing it consciously.
More soon. But for now — just, thank you. 💛

Kusama’s iconic ‘dot’ work is all about immersion—blurring the lines between self and space. This exhibition was incredibly comprehensive, showcasing some stunning early works that reminded me of Indigenous art in both process and visual rhythm.
As a designer, I couldn’t help but draw a connection to workplace design. Kusama creates an interiority that makes you fully aware of the space you inhabit—something we strive for in every workspace we design at . The best environments don’t just function; they shape experience, connection, and creativity.
Such an inspiring exhibition—highly recommend!
