To be recognised amongst so many fantastic local businesses is such an honour. Well done to all of the finalists! We’re incredibly proud of our team and grateful to everyone who continues to support our family-owned business.

It’s been a pretty special week for us, and we’re feeling very lucky to do what we love, right here on the Sunshine Coast.

We’re also proud to be among some brilliant tourism businesses from across Queensland, but especially from our region of Visit Sunshine Coast

In particular a shout out to Narrows Escape Rainforest Retreat and Maleny Botanic Gardens, who are in our local area of Maleny Visit Sunshine Coast Hinterland. We are all coming together to celebrate our industry and the people behind it.

Maleny Cheese has been proudly sourcing water buffalo milk from the Thompson family since 2006 — located just 15 km from our factory in Maleny.

This fresh, high-quality local milk from Maleny Buffalo is used to craft some of our much-loved cheeses, including Buffalo Brie, Plain Fetta, and Herb & Garlic Fetta. Available for purchase from the Maleny Cheese Cafe - 10am-3pm daily.

School holidays are less than two weeks away — and our Tasting Tours are ready to add a delicious stop to your Hinterland plans

Tours run from Saturday 19 September to Sunday 4 October, every Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 9.15am. In 30-40 minutes, you will taste award-winning yoghurt, explore handcrafted cheese and learn how fresh local milk is transformed right here on site. Bookings are essential.
