Independence doesn't happen overnight, it’s built overtime in the everyday. Learning to catch the bus, manage money, cook a meal, or handle a social situation without someone stepping in.

None of that is small. And it doesn't look the same for everyone. The pace is different, the path is different, and what independence actually means is personal.
