The main image establishes the full rooftop experience, horizon line, pool edge, and relationship to the Broadwater. It is the primary marketing frame for the project.

The close-up shots that follow are used to introduce a more cinematic layer, highlighting water, texture, and lifestyle details that support the hero view and help communicate how the space is meant to feel, not just how it looks.

Together, the sequence presents both scale and atmosphere in a way that a single image cannot.

Every image we create begins the same way, not with materials or lighting, but with the camera.

Before a single texture is applied, we explore multiple camera compositions inside the 3D model, just like a photographer would on site.
Height, lens, angle, balance, and perspective are tested until the building’s intent is clear and confident.

Only once that visual foundation is set do we move into materiality, light, and atmosphere, shaping the final image you see at the end of this carousel.

This is how we make sure the finished render does not just look good, but reads correctly.

The process begins with the camera composition.

Before materials, styling, or lighting are considered, we explore the space as a photographer would, moving through the virtual environment, testing angles, proportions, and sightlines within the 3D model.

These camera compositions are then presented and discussed with the client.
Once the viewpoint is selected, the image move forward.

From there, texture, light, and atmosphere are layered with intent — building on a composition that already holds.

As the year comes to a close, we wanted to do something a little different.

Each of these images is a festive reinterpretation of a real project we had the pleasure of working on this year. Reimagined at dusk with subtle Christmas details as a small thank you to our clients.
