Our Produce
Famous for producing spectacular saltwater pearls, the Southern Akoya has forged its way as a delicious shellfish product in its own right. Their full flavour, texture, high meat yields and presentation on the plate has often made them sought by chefs for cooking.
Often touted as “Best in Austraila”and recent State seafood winner of 2016 ‘delicious Produce Awards”, our Mussels are plump and sweet, harvested to order and are in prime condition from September through to May.
