With the Cheaper Home Batteries Program in full swing, we are seeing many customers take advantage by upgrading their Tesla Powerwall 3 by including an Expansion unit, which doubles total battery storage from 13.5kW to 27kW.
The Cheaper Home Batteries program is a government-funded initiative that offers customers a ~27% rebate on battery installation costs. Savings are off the initial investment, not via a cashback scheme, so more money remains in your pockets.
