The role would suit someone with hands-on building experience.

- Trade experience within building industry required
- Sound knowledge of building codes and practices
- Ability to work with and lead team in factory
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills

Nylastex and Fluid Solar require a CAD draftsman/designer to work on their prefabricated modular housing projects.

The role would suit someone with construction and design experience

- experience with Inventor/Revit (or similar) software required
- experience in the building industry preferable
- sound knowledge of common building codes and practices
- excellent communication and problem solving skills

Nylastex & Fluid Solar require labourer/assembly worker to work at Edinburgh factory on prefabricated modular housing

- hands on job
- use of power tools
- manual machining operations
- assembly work
- fabrication/welding of steel components
- training provided as needed
- immediate start

Previous work in building industry an advantage

Nylastex Engineering Solutions in Edwardstown is looking for a Factory Hand / Delivery Driver to join our team.

• Receiving & Dispatching of goods
• Operating basic machinery/power tools
• Assembly of components
• Be self motivated with the ability to work within a team and unsupervised

Forklift License essential

MR Truck License an advantage
