Tyson Rourke & Corndog def. North Shore Wrestling

North Shore Wrestling, hearing the hype surrounding Tyson Rourke, arrived in Adelaide ready to bully the newcomer straight back out of the wrestling business.

Mind games commenced as Will Kiedis declared he was unable to compete on the night, claiming an injury left him legally blind.

Although initially reluctant, former opponents Corndog & Punch-Drunk Istria arrived ready to fight alongside the Rookie sensation.

In a twist of events - Rourke was forced to choose between the two veterans as the match would continue as a Tag Team match against the Osborne brothers.

Ultimately his choice paid off, as Corndog picked up the victory with a high impact Chokeslam.

With the fate of their future on the line, this championship rubber match between the two top tag teams of Wrestle Rampage - Australia was all high-stakes.

Under street fight rules, all four competitors threw everything at their opponents. Despite some miscommunication between Nick Armstrong & Wreckin’ Ball, their alliance overcame the valiant fight from the champions.

Handcuffing Gothic Greg to the ropes, the numbers game became too much for Amber to overcome.

With the declaration of new tag team champions, the team of Misery Loves Company has unfortunately come to an end.

‘The Eternal’ Edward Dusk has put down the ace of Wrestle Rampage - Australia! In the long awaited heavyweight showdown, Edward Dusk retained his vice grip on the Australian National Championship after a gruelling 20min+ encounter.

In the build up to the contest Tommy Knight posed the question, if he couldn’t defeat Dusk, what hope is there?

Emerging from backstage ready to challenge Dusk were Punch-Drunk Istria & Corndog. Although tensions began to rise with Corndog believing that he has a stronger claim for a title shot, both agreed that whoever challenges next must bring the Australian National Championship back to home soil.
