RIP GMH. Bit of a sad delivery this morning - probably the last time we'll be delivery to the hallowed ground of GMH. It'll be all but gone before we know it.
A sad time for Adelaide, and Australia.
As a Holden man through and through I was recently telling Americans it's like we're losing a bit of our soul.
We're certainly losing a little bit of Australiana. 😞

It's getting busy here at 'Mission Control' so we are pleased to have Abdul join the Redback Express team with his Mercedes van. His experience has enabled an easy transition into operations and his easy-going nature make it a pleasure for us and our clients to deal with him. We look forward to Abdul becoming one of our long-standing drivers.

Delivering to the home of legends. Hopefully later on the year it will be the home of the champions.

We had a ripper Friday night at the Redback Express depot - enjoying a few drinks and some pizza with our drivers and a few of our clients. There was a great turnout of drivers and it was good to catch up with them all - similarly for some past and present clients - oh, and the neighbors!!

Our truck fleet is expanding as we welcome Leigh to he Redback team. His versatile 8 pallet truck with hydraulic tailgate has been perfectly suited to a number of clients. Leigh's commitment to customer service combined with his easy-going, friendly nature also make him a great asset to the Redback brand.

With a number of new contracts and opportunities in front of us, now is a great time join the Redback Express team and get amongst the action.
We currently require Owner/Drivers of large vans and a one tonne ute to join our fleet and continue to grow with us. Full time and permanent runs currently available as well as ever-increasing ad-hoc work.
Redback Express can also offer two of it's vehicles for a complete ready-to-work package;
The Mercedes Sprinter van is in excellent condition and a van we've had little or no trouble with. It has just had a major service and would be perfect to undertake any of the permanent work currently available - $10,500.
Ford Transit tray top truck - fitted with racks to carry long lengths, it can carry up to three pallets and 2tonne load. This vehicle has become quite popular with our clientele - $13,000

Greetings all. I know it's been far too long between posts so it's time to raise the Redback Express profile. First up, one of gun recruits of the past six months, in fact Adam came to us through the powers of Facebook.
Adam has been a shining light - always willing to undertake almost anything we ask of him. He immediately slotted into the early shift at the bakery and his enthusiasm and easy going nature make him a pleasure to work with for both us and our clients. If only we could clone him!!

Following a week in limbo we are fully operational from our new premises at;
U5/66 Humphries Terrace, Kilkenny.
After co-locating for the first two years of establishment, we are proud that Redback Express is now independent in our new premises. Expanded offices and space will allow for any future staffing growth and a modest warehouse may prove to be beneficial to our clientele.

DRIVER WANTED. Redback Express require a committed, physically fit, and customer service driven person to drive our Transit Tray Top (car license). Previous experience with load securing would be advantageous, as would a good knowledge of Adelaide suburbs. Employment would be on a full time basis with flexible hours dependent upon workload.

We were thrilled to have long time friend and all round good guy Pete Munday join the Redback team a few months ago. We are pleased for him and pleased to announce his recent acquisition of this new crane truck. And what a story that has been!! We are excited to announce that our website page is alive and kicking. Married to our transport management software this takes Redback Express to the next level of oeprational efficiency and custoemr benefits which include online booking, pricing, track and trace and POD access. There will be further tweaking of content over the coming months but in the meantime we encourage you to check it out.

I sadly delivered the last electrical switchboards out of MV Manufacturing yesterday after we learned their SA facility had been shut down by their interstate owners. It was great to meet Jayne and Russell in the short time they were part of the Redback family and we wish them well in their future endeavours.
