Adelaide University Solar Racing is a student-led team that designs and builds solar powered vehicles for the Bridgestone World Solar Challenge
The Adelaide University Solar Racing Team (AUSRT) is a group of final year engineering students who devote their year to technically developing or improving the university solar racing car named Lumen. The team competes in the biennial Bridgestone World Solar Challenge (BWSC), a global event where teams from across the globe race in a 3000 km journey from Darwin to Adelaide on nothing but solar power.
