Construction progress continues in Port Adelaide! With the crane now removing mechanical plant as the next phase of the Marine and Harbours Hotel transformation gets underway.
Built in 1978, the Marine and Harbours Building originally housed a State Government department overseeing shipping permits and customs operations. After sitting vacant for more than two decades, it was acquired by Kite Projects and is now being revitalised as a retro boutique hotel within the Dock One masterplan. Demolition works are officially underway, marking the start of its transformation into a new waterfront destination. With special thanks to BUILD inc, Enzo Caroscio Architecture, and Enoki for their role in bringing this project to life.
This marks the first of four stages for the Marine and Harbours Hotel, set to become a landmark addition to the Port Adelaide precinct.

Kite is proud to announce its continued partnership with Adelaide United Football Club, becoming the official front-of-shirt sponsor for the Club’s 2025 Hahn Australia Cup campaign and RAA National Premier League (NPL) team through to the end of 2026.
Construction is now underway on the first waterfront townhomes at Dock One North.
With Metricon now on site following a complete sell-out of this initial release, this milestone brings us one step closer to welcoming our first residents to this unique harbourside precinct.
