Lovely grandis deck out in Hope Valley done this week. 127x22 h3 treated boards with 6-60mm spax screws. Great thing about treated boards is you can oil them or just leave them to the weather. From dirt and weeds to a new entertaining area 👌

Dutch gable pergola framing completed last week. Preprimed timber, fascia brackets, cement sheet gable to finish with trim and ready for roofing.

Busy few weeks starting with floor leveling, new walls and ceiling framed so that the old house and the new renovated area merge neatly. Cedar cladding replaced and water damaged door jamb repaired, then on to install eaves lining and trim on a whole house and carport.

Little local renovation completed recently. Old entry way removed, framed up for a new door and dividing wall for an office area. Sound check insulation, cables routed for new switches, gyprock, jamb, architraves, skirts and all done 🤌
