Some 1 7/8 to 2” hot rod headers and 3” stainless awhile back

Had this turbo Vc come in at start of the year to touch up some things on the turbo setup that was done elsewhere. After further inspection we realised it was not even useable having different size primaries on each side and fl**ge plates covering the ports by 1/4” all around. Do we started from scratch and made this killer log setup among modifying cooler pipes, changing intake elbow to fit under bonnet and weld frame to fuel cell and installing intank pump hangers and filler neck

While I was “having a break” I decided to get my wifes Vc commodore back on the road for her Christmas present. After making a turbo manifold 8-9 years ago it sat in storage as we started a family and life in general got in the way . So over 30 days we removed engine and painted the engine bay cleaned engine up and finished all the fab work she finally has her car up and running using and a host of products as per usual in my builds and a couple products it goes well considering it’s a completely standard 202 can’t wait to see what she does once we actually build the engine very soon

Back at it today thought I’d share the last job I done for 2025 as I can’t share some jobs as of yet and I’ve been absent having a good break refreshing for a massive year to come. Kelly brought his 590ci hemi powered rt charger in for some 2 1/4” headers and custom exhaust

Marks Hg Ute was in for some custom headers 1 7/8” stepped to 2” into 3” stainless system for its blown ls

Nicks steam rolling HG was in for a whole bunch of the fiddly stuff fitting all components from mounting accelerator pedal,coils under dash and making new leads to shifter mount etc etc doing headers and exhaust and all the plumbing and even firing it up so he can hear it for the first Time

Have been absolutely flat out as usual had this VE GTS in from my friends .pavloumotors with the task of plumbing it up with a 4.5” dump pipe down to 4” and join to existing exhaust also some 3.5” and 4” intercooler pipes from the g57 massive pro series intercooler
