Once again, another W204 C63 coming to us for a post purchase inspection service and couple of diagnosis.

Even though the previous owner looked after the vehicle, it still needed some love.
We carried out a general service and carried out an inspection where we found:

This HSV Maloo was one hell of a car. Had a few goodies like OTR intake, full exhaust system, lowered springs, tuned and MOMO Star wheels.

Customer got it towed to us with no Drive. Inspected and found the rear differential had blown completely. Customer sourced a second hand built Truetrac differential.
We fitted and installed. Drained and filled with fresh oil.
Drove like a dream afterwards 💪🏽

Bmw X5 in for multiple repairs. Diagnosed for coolant leak from front coolant pipe, all brakes, control arms and oil leak coming from valve covers.

We carried out all the work needed

Volkswagen golf came to us with a rattling noise and leaking coolant. After pressure testing and diagnosis found the water pump shaft had worn out and caused excessive play.

We replaced the water pump with OEM quality parts. Carried out coolant flush. Road tested vehicle all good to go.

Another C63s AMG came to us for a post purchase inspection and service. For 120,000kms vehicle overall was in good condition. Makes plenty of power with the stage 2 tune and downpipes done by International Autohaus.

We carried out a general check over, oil and filter service. We used LIQUI MOLY MOLYGEN 5W40 still with in Mercedes approved oils. Checked over all the running gear, suspension and brakes all in good condition. Vehicle was also fitted with BMC air filters. We removed them and cleaned as needed.

When removing air filter housing we found the rubber coupling to have been cracked and damaged due to poor handling when installing from previous workshops. Recommend to be replaced asap.

Customer looking to return to do lowering springs and couple other cosmetic upgrades. Stay tuned

Customer recently picked up this Mercedes C63s edition 1 and wanted to get it fully checked over and serviced.

Carried out full inspection and service A for the car.
While servicing we found

❌ Air filters were filthy and clogged
❌ Turbo coolant drain and feed lines to be leaking
❌ Radiator to be leaking
❌ Oil cooler lines to block leaking
❌ Rear differential needs oil change due
❌ Front radar inop due to wrong grill fitted

✅ Oil and Oil filter replaced
✅ Bmc air filters installed
✅ Rear differential oil change done
✅ Pollen filters changed x 2
✅ Quoted parts as need replacing
✅ Checked condition of carbon ceramic brakes

Customer also looking at lowering the Amg with some H&R adjustable lowering springs with us.
Also possible considering downpipes installation.
