Last night, I had the privilege of attending the Latino Women’s Awards and receiving recognition for the work we do through The Conlan Project.
I am incredibly grateful for this honour and proud to stand alongside so many inspiring Latina women making a difference in our community.
Thank you to the Latino Women’s Awards team for such a beautiful evening, and congratulations to all of the amazing winners.
Our participant didn’t think we’d actually do the midnight stake out for the Munno Para Revo grand opening.
Pulled up at 12AM for a 7AM opening, held the line, and saved him a spot till he rolled in at 5AM. I also got to chat with Bryce Cotton so I didn’t complaint about being stuck in the cold. 😂
At The Conlan Project, we don’t just talk about community experiences… we commit to the mission.
There is no challenge too big when it comes to making memories.
I feel like it’s been a while since I’ve posted on socials… but as chaos goes, TCP has been flat out supporting our participants. Here’s what we’ve been doing in the past 2 months. Enjoy 😊

Thought I’d reach out to the community as we head into the school holidays 👋
We’re now in the final week to book into our School Holiday Program and spots are filling quickly!
A few days are already fully booked, and the rest are close behind. Bookings close Friday the 10th, so if you’ve been thinking about it, now’s the time to jump in.
It’s going to be a fun week with heaps of opportunities for connection, confidence building, and getting out into the community.

Z took the mic and ran the show today!
He stepped into the role of interviewer and honestly… he nailed it. Starting off interviewing Anthony, Emma and Adam. I must say it also takes courage for Adam to talk in general. Watching his confidence grow in moments like this is exactly why we do what we do.
These opportunities aren’t just “activities” they’re real-life chances to practice communication, build independence, and feel proud of your voice.
So proud of you, Z. Big things ahead.
