CNC machining on a set of gears for Yamaha XS1100 and XJ1300
The gears were worn at the driving dog surfaces and the bike would not drive in certain gear speeds because of the wear. It would keep popping out of gear.

We CNC machined all the contact surfaces for perfect engagement.

We made a mold for a part that goes in Ferrari Daytona (1965).
Part was made of unobtanium as these vintage car parts are nearly impossible to find, so we made one.

We made this mold for Robinson's Advanced Fibreglass and Dave did fantastic Fibreglass work.

Perfect use of 3D scanning, 3D Reverse modelling and CNC machining.
