These visas work around a points based system for people who have a nominated occupation, a post-secondary qualification, have an appropriate English ability, under 50 years of age and who meet the points test for skilled migration. The Australian skilled migration program targets people who will make a contribution to the Australian economy. Family Visa's:
There are a number of migration options available through the Australian Migration stream to reunite you with your fiancé, partner, children, parents and other family members. To apply for a family visa, applicants must have a family member who is a Permanent Resident or is an Australian Citizen. Employer Sponsored Visa's:
Employer Sponsored Visas allow employers to sponsor highly skilled non-Australian workers. You must have a recognised qualification and skill or experience in particular occupations in Australia. Visitor Visa Options:
There are a number of options for people wanting Visitor Visas. These visas are to genuine visitors who are coming to Australia as a tourist or to visit family and friends. Student Visa's:
Student visas are available to people who want to study in Australia. By completing study in Australia, applicants may be eligible for residency in Australia under the Skilled Migration Program.
